Large Quantity Orders - The Beach House LLC is happy to accommodate large quantity orders for your business or organization. For most large quantity orders, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Backorders - Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available at no additional shipping charge. You will not be charged for backordered items until the item is shipped. If we notify you that an item is backordered, you may cancel the order within 3 days by contacting us at: info@thebeachhousestore.com. Backorders more than 30 days old will be cancelled, but can be reordered at our on-line store once the item is back in stock. Delivery Costs - During the checkout process, shipping charges are shown on the page where you enter billing information so you can see what your total cost will be before the charge is made. Shipping charges are calculated on shipping method and item(s) weight. The Beach House LLC does not charge handling fees. Damaged Merchandise - We pack your merchandise very carefully; but occasionally, items may become damaged during shipment. Refund and Return Policies: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
